Monika Adelfang (nicknamed Mons) is a facilitator and complex change consultant.
Mons is an international consultant having worked in Southern Africa and West Africa, the US and the Netherlands. She facilitates complex change processes using the InnovationCircleTM. Over the last three decades she has worked with groups and organisations on different human related change challenges.
Human challenges involving; women empowerment, gender transformative change, growing in community awareness of diversity, ways in which communities empower themselves to foster new social norms they can believe in, and facilitating co-operation within and across networks of stakeholders. Her current focus is applying the InnovationCircleTM to climate change and the healing of trauma within communities.
Mons speaks English and German and is conversant in Dutch. She is the Managing Director of InnovationCircle Consulting Africa and associate of the Egowise Leadership Academy. Together with Albert Kamphuis, she is co-authoring the book: Courageous Humanity.
